Beauty is only skin deep. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I’ve heard these old cliché’s for as long as I can remember. But what do they imply? Are we no more than our appearance?  I think not. In fact, I think we are so multi-dimensional that we are absolutely the most complex extraordinary creatures on the planet. We are multi-faceted and capable of the most fantastic accomplishments, and we can overcome any obstacle in our path, any feat that seems insurmountable. We are all that and more. The only thing that can hold anyone back is the mind. The mind sets the agenda for life. The tape that runs constantly through the brain can make you or break you. For instance; do you say, “I can’t, I’m not good enough, I’m not pretty or handsome enough. I don’t have the right cloths.”  Or perhaps your mind runs like this and can be an unending source of success. “I can do anything I put my mind to. I am passionate about what I do. I light up a room when I enter.” Only you can re-program the mind tape.
